You're it
When I tagged you and said you’re it
I was twenty four and you were not nine
I was not a bigger girl, but a woman
You were a man, but thought as a boy
I waited and tried again
A lesson learned, never play tag again
No denying now; I am an old soul. One of a few, that are in a wired universe of youthful exuberance and blissful ignorance.

i hope the surgery went well and wish you all the best!
Thanks, Sokari, it did go well.
You really do write so well - a real gift! So much said in so few words.
Do you give lessons? :)
A.
Give lessons? I have always struggled with writing, almost like math anxiety.
I do appreciate your comment and thank you.
